For the Special Issue proposal, please fill out the attached proposal form and submit to Editorial Office(eer@kosenv.or.kr). - Please take a look at the scope and aims of the journal before the submission: http://eeer.org/about/index.php - The list of abstracts or papers submitted to the conference need to be included if possible, along with potential contributors. Selection of papers, invitations or review of each paper will be followed as next steps.

1. Submission of Proposal for SI (Organizer)
2. Review of the proposal (EB)
3. Decision of the proposal with conditions (EIC)
4. Selection of papers to be included in SI (Organizer)
5. Invitation and submission of the selected papers to the journal (Handling Editor)
6. Review of the papers (Editor/Reviewers)
7. Decision of the papers (Editor) (Acceptance will solely depend on the quality of papers during the review process.) 8. Publication of virtual SI (EO)
